The designed production capacity of Muduchaideng Coal Mine of Erdos Yihua Mineral Resources Co., Ltd. is 6.0 Mt/a. The production shaft of this coal mine employs a pair of 45t multi-rope hoisting skips with the hoisting height of 762.55m. The service shaft employs a six-rope double-deck big cage c/w counterweight and a single-deck transportation cage c/w counterweight with hoisting height of 655.8m.
In 30 December, 2010, XCMSE was awarded a contract by Erdos Yihua Mineral Resources Co., Ltd. Included in our SOW are:
■ Three off 45t multi-rope skips, c/w head and tail rope attachment, roller guide
■ Two off big cages, c/w head and tail rope attachment, roller guide
■ Two off transportation cages, c/w head and tail rope attachment, roller guide
■ Miscellaneous
The net diameter of production shaft is φ6.5m which is responsible for coal hoisting. The diameter of service shaft is φ9.4m which is responsible for hoisting trackless rubber wheel car, large equipment and waste rock.
Manufacturing supervision is undertaken by SIEMAG-TECBERG.
